SNJ Academy is established with a vision to make graduates employable in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting and Building Automation.

MEP systems are required in every project and in sectors like Smart Cities, IT buildings, Data Centers, Malls, Residential Townships, industries etc.

SNJ Consultants at any given time are working with more that 150 to 200 real estate companies Pan India. These companies are in need of employable graduates in the field of MEP. Every Engineering graduate who completes the MEP Course from SNJ Academy will have great future and high growth career.

With the experience of SNJ consultants it is observed that there is a large shortfall of employable graduates in MEP field. SNJ Academy will bridge this gap by providing two-month hands on class room training and two months on site experience. With this four months learning, an Engineering graduate will be placed in the Real Estate industry. SNJ Academy will also provide full assistance to get all candidates recruited.

Objective of SNJ Academy is to share the knowledge gained from 25 years of experience of SNJ Consultants with Engineering graduates to make them really employable.

The main recruiters will be Developers, MEP Contractors, EP System integrators and MEP Consultant pan India.
