About Institute
Academic programs in traditional colleges, while delivering theoretical knowledge, do not provide a strong foundation in practical skills or adequate exposure to real scenarios in the working world. GTRAC was established to fill this void in our schooling system. Its multi-disciplinary courses have robust, practical elements that develop critical skills necessary for workplace success. To enable us to effectively counsel students and set them on the right path, we have developed a proprietary assessment test that provides insights into their interests and abilities. We advise all students to take this test and to talk to our trained counselors before making a career choice. Choosing a job that you have an aptitude for will ensure job satisfaction and career success in the long run. The GTRAC training model places a huge premium on practical components. Case studies, workshops, and other forms of hands-on learning are a big part of the GTRAC classroom experience. And delivering this experience is GTRAC’s carefully screened faculty which brings a unique blend of industry experience and instructional ability to the table. Drawing from their knowledge of strategic and operational issues in business, faculty members are able to craft lessons that truly reflect real-life scenarios. Our course offerings are continuously updated to ensure that they are aligned with industry needs. Through an ongoing dialogue with employers, we stay tuned into what they currently seek in their employees. This input goes a long way in influencing the design of a new program or the redesign of an existing one. Our “State of the art” training center is a spacious facility with an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and instruction. These include libraries stocked with the latest in study materials and books, as well as individual access to computer facilities. Towards our consistent endeavor to bring more job opportunities to the fresher’s, we organize Career and Job fair from time to time. GTRAC conducts job fairs to connect students with companies looking for talented students. GTRAC provides 100% placement assistance to its students for select technology programs
