Hello, My sister had a good experience working in the Air Algerie Sales Office in Montreal. When she needed help with baggage questions and ticket changes, the staff was kind and helpful. Even though she had to wait a little while, the service was quick and polite. The staff members gave clear explanations of the policies and details of the flight. She valued the orderly office and the efficient way her request was handled. She was happy with the experience overall.
