I travel to Auckland , my trip to Auckland took an unexpected turn when I realized that my luggage had gone misplaced at the airport. I immediately went to the Air Asia Office in Auckland to report the issue and for help. I was reassured by the extremely helpful and friendly workers at the Air Asia Office that they would do all within their power to find my missing suitcase. Despite the initial defeat, I felt immediately at peace because of their swift response and commitment to finding a solution.
